“The WiFi is really bad. I can’t access to the internet while staying in the room. The hotel deliberately tries to drag you out of the room to the casino and the racetrack. When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry”
This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.”
“The facility was very accommodating. They allowed us to register and check in a little early. Everything was very clean and available. Plenty of towels. Fresh coffee and fresh lemon water available 24 hours a day. The continental breakfast was very nice. I truly have nothing bad to say!”
“Quality Inn Pittsburgh Airport is good enough for an airport hotel for which most people only stay 1 night. The pick up service is okay and the room is with large space. They also provide breakfast without fee. All staffs are nice and helpful! ”
