The Cozy Pines is spacious and comfortably sleeps families and groups in 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a loft, and 10 Beds.

This home features a master suite with king bed, private bath, and gas fireplace, plus a mix of king, queen, and twin/full bunk beds throughout the other bedrooms. High ceilings, large windows, and an open floor plan create a bright, inviting space perfect for entertaining, cooking, and relaxing together.

The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, with a dining table for six and three bar stools. Cozy up in the living room with the gas fireplace, watch cable or Netflix on the large TV, or enjoy high-speed internet throughout the home. Kids can stay entertained upstairs with the foosball table, board games, and Smart TVs in all bedrooms.

Step outside to your private backyard retreat: soak in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit, grill on the BBQ, or unwind on the covered deck. The backyard looks out onto a peaceful, forested greenspace for ultimate privacy. Parking is simple with space for 4 cars in the driveway and 2 in the garage.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the house, backyard, hot tub, and all common spaces. Two closets and a garage shed remain locked. Self-check-in for seamless entry.

Other Things to Note:

- Federal or county fire restrictions may prohibit fires during certain times of the year. Check Oregon Department of Forestry for up-to-date restrictions.

- Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours of 10pm - 7am. Keep music and noise at a considerate level.

- Parking: All cars must be in the garage or driveway (2 in garage, 4 in driveway).

- Pets: Dogs welcome with extra $50 per stay, limit 2 dogs.
