We love our neighbors! We are located in a quiet, residential area with friendly neighbors, therefore, we do not allow parties or events at Ebb Tide.

Our dining area fits 8 comfortably around the table, plus more at the breakfast bar.

In winter, wrap yourself in a blanket and sip hot cocoa as you soak in the peaceful surroundings. In warmer months, gather around the fire pit for s’mores under the stars or grill your favorite meals on the gas grill. The deck is a tranquil spot for enjoying Cape Cod’s ever-changing hues, from soft spring pastels to vibrant summer greens and rich autumn golds.

Each of Ebb Tide’s three bedrooms is thoughtfully designed with plush bedding and soft Turkish towels provided, ensuring every guest enjoys a restful night’s sleep. The master suite features a luxurious king-sized bed and a trundle for extra sleeping space, along with a private bath for a spa-like retreat. The additional bedrooms, with cozy beds and a shared bathroom, provide a warm and inviting sanctuary for everyone.

Ebb Tide’s large yard invites outdoor fun in every season, and nearby trails and beaches offer endless opportunities for exploration. Take peaceful walks along Lt. Island’s scenic paths, enjoy sunrises at Marconi Beach, sunsets right there in your back yard on Loagy Bay, or unwind with your furry friend on the deck overlooking the grounds.
