“Excellent, modest resort. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite that had all the amenities we needed. Everything in the suite and the property was clean and well-maintained. there is a nice lawn area with gas fire-pits where they often have movies or live music, but some nights it is just the fire-pits to relax around. I say modest because the property and are not overly large and gated off from the surroundings. Very New England, not sunbelt.”

“Another wonderful stay in this beautiful house. It was our 5th year and it feels like home away from home. The fire pit on the deck listening to the waves, the ice cream truck jingle twice a day, body surfing and making sand castles, the nearby arcade and shops, Forbes, the Love Shack and Rollover Cafe just a short walk away for great food, Congdon’s for donuts, comfortable beds…just a few of the many memories we leave behind after two weeks each year. “My husband, three children (14, 8, and 8), and I stayed on the first floor of this property for one week and we had a phenomenal time! Here are the many pros:- Having the house right across the street from the beach was convenient, so we could run back and forth easily to grab things or use the restroom. It’s walking distance to shops, cafes, and an arcade, but still quiet.- The owner supplied a beach cart, chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards. - The porch! I will be dreaming about that……
