“My two friends and I had a lovely weekend at this quaint and cozy guest house. It is within a quick and easy walk (even in sub-freezing temperatures) to interesting and fun downtown restaurant, art and shopping venues and an easy drive to hiking at the Grand Canyon of Pennsylvania. The residence itself is very clean and well furnished for cooking and relaxing, and our host was available for questions before and during our trip. “We were very satisfied with this cottage. It does have the quirks of an old house, as mentioned in the listing/reviews, the floors are a bit slanted and some of the ceilings a bit low, but neither of those things detracted from our enjoyment of the house. The kitchen, living room and bathroom are spacious and open. Kitchen windows offered a nice view, and the couch was super comfortable. If you’ve stayed at a house with a bad couch you’ll know it matters! Host provided basic necessities as……

The cabin was very central to our spending time at the PA Grand Canyon and we even spent a half day antiquing. It was fun to watch the wildlife around the cabin.
