“We stayed here in Jan 2025. This place is like an add-on to a small house. It seemed to be a fairly new remodel. The furniture and beds were nice. Temps outside were mid forties. There was one mini split unit that kept the main area plenty warm. There were small space heaters that don't work well for heating the bedrooms so the bedrooms were very cold. The internet comes and goes. You'll have internet for a few minutes then it will quit. For their online check in, they asked for a copy of my……

“Very cute and charming. Well appointed. Had a minor issue entering property first time. Host immediately responded and took care of it. Very nice. Close to campus but quiet. Wish we would have found this property when our child first came to OSU. We would definitely have been repeat customers. Thank you for the nice place to stay”

The apartment is beautifully decorated with spectacular views of historic Guthrie and a Victorian garden. Walk to restaurants, boutiques and coffee shops. The glass shop is remarkable! We enjoydd an amazing demonstration of glass art by our fabulous host!”
