“Very accurate to listing. Property was perfect for my birthday weekend with my boyfriend and dogs. Beautiful views even in snowy weather. Lisa is AMAZING!!! We had a small accident and she replied and came to help very quickly!!! Could not have asked for a better weekend! Town of Wellsville is beautiful as well. ”

“This was our second stay. We love that the house is located in town so you can still get around in bad weather. A great location if you are looking to visit Cherry Springs State Park and The PA Grand Canyon. The house has everything you need and is a good fit for a group or a family. Hosts are just lovely and responsive. Highly recommend!”

“The owners have done an amazing job restoring this fabulous piece of organic modernism architecture to its fullest. Not only is it authentic, it is tasteful and high-end in every aspect - all the amenities are quality. We felt immersed in luxury yet comfortable and relaxed. The owners’ tour is not to be missed, informative, delicious appetizers and wine, and added a deeper dimension to our stay. Cannot recommend this stay enough if you want to spoil yourself while out in the Pennsylvania Wilds!”
