“We had a lovely few days at the cottage. It was comfy and cosy and had everything we needed.Jane and Malcolm were lovely, friendly and had lots of free range hens, who our son fell in love with! Perfectly situated for walks or bike rides in the forest, which was literally just out the front door! Just lovely!”

“After an adventurous drive we declared it was worth it. The barn is well appointed and everything worked and we had 4 great days catching up with friends and family ”

“Overall impression was that it was lovely, a beautiful position with views across the valley. The cottage was obviously well maintained and with everything had been thought about. There were lots of places to go and to walk all not far from the cottage. Some lovely pubs close by serving good food and dogs welcome. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer! ”

“Our stay was for a surprise 21st birthday party and we were completely in awe when we arrived. The drive along the private road is stunning breathtaking views of Abergavenny and surrounded by animals. The area has such low light pollution, it was lovely to sit outside at night and see the stars so clearly. The area is private and secure as we had children with us that loved running around outside. The property has so much space that no one felt on top of me another which was lovely as there as 7……

“Roy was an exceptional host, he was very informative about how to get to the property as the sat nav was a little bit unreliable. He showed us around the hut with all the facilities that were available. The hut had everything u could possible need. It was beautiful and relaxing and I cannot fault it at all. The village was about a 10 min drive which has everything u would need. The hot tub was a very nice treat in the evening, even if it did rain. Thank u so much Roy for making us feel very……

“Lovely little cottage, only gripe was that the tv in the living area didn't work throughout our stay, and it rained a lot, so it would have been ideal to use. Lovely decor throughout, and a nice quiet area to stay. ”

“A modern, very well furnished room/flat in a beautiful, quiet location. Immaculately presented and clean. Walkable to a very good local, friendly pub (The Chainbridge Inn) (0.9 mile) and even closer to a nearby restaurant. The hosts were welcoming and provided an easy contactless check in. Excellent.”
