Gaer Hall with hot tub (sleeps up to 21 plus child's beds and cots) is a fantastic place for groups of friends and families to explore the area, relax, unwind, and have fun. We are an hour and a half from Zip World / Bounce Below and 10 minutes away from Offas Dyke path. Walks start at the end of our drive. Dog and child friendly. Kids love our picnic area across the fields. A supermarket /
PO and 2 pubs, serving food, are within 15 minutes walk. Airbnb rules "Parties or events not allowed".
The space
What makes this space unique is the space. You can bring your parents and kids for the weekend and not find them again until Monday! The sheer size of the place means that different elements within your party can do their own thing in their own space, unlike some holiday homes where the bedrooms are cramped and everybody shares the same living area. The Hall is a unique restored Montgomeryshire barn with vaulted ceilings, endless beams and inglenook fireplaces complete with woodburners. Set in 8 acres, there's plenty of space outdoors to let the dogs off the leash and the kids - large and small - can enjoy a game of 5 a side in the garden, picnic by the stream or relax in the hot tub.

Other things to note
We have a ground floor twin / double ensuite bedroom with shower. This room is suitable for someone with limited mobility. In addition to the usual 19 bedspaces plus cots, we have a double sofa bed in the library if required.
