The location and coffee are great, and the room was clean.
However, I found it strange that the hotel offers earplugs and that the walls are thin. Instead of just recommending earplugs, the hotel should consider addressing the building's structural issues.
Additionally, the check-in process was confusing and frustrating. I had to download an app to check in from home, which added unnecessary steps and took up space on my phone. Oddly, there is no front desk available, so guests have no assistance aside from the staff at the coffee shop.
