“Nachdem die letzten zwei Aufenthalte im Allgemeinen eher enttäuschend waren, hat dieses Hotel in Iserlohn unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und uns wieder vollends überzeugt. Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Service war durchweg zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Hundefreundlichkeit: Unser Vierbeiner bekam überall sofort einen Wassernapf, was sehr geschätzt wurde. “The room, the hotel, and the workers were all wonderful. Overall, it was a very good experience. The only problem we had is nobody answered the phone when I tried to call ahead of time to ask about parking and check in. I tried several times in the days leading up to our stay. The email that they sent only gave —-@—- as the contact email, so that was of no use. ”
