“Super Hotel im Herzen von Bad Neuenahr. Schöner Saunabereich und schöner Pool. Wir haben uns allerdings im Aussenbereich des Pools ausgesperrt und kamen nicht mehr rein. “Besitzer und Personal sind wirklich super nett, man fühlt sich sofort wohl! Die Zimmer sind nicht die Neuesten, aber sauber und groß. Einzig die Straße direkt nebenan ist ziemlich präsent - allerdings sind die Fenster durchaus gut gedämmt. Das Essen war top, nichts auszusetzen (wenn auch preislich kein Schnäppchen). Beim Frühstück war die Auswahl ok - es fehlt eigentlich nichts (natürlich aber auch kein Luxusfrühstück, aber ich denke es ist angemessen zum Zimmerpreis). Wir haben uns in Summe……

“Lovely friendly bilingual staff and very good breakfast. Room clean but very dated (1970s) and quite austere (only one pillow!). Bedroom has glass sliding door onto shared terrace instead of window which doesn't feel very safe. ”

“I slept very well for the night. We were on the top floor, and I was able to have the window open for fresh air, it was nice. It’s a basic room with a tiny shower, but it worked! The owner was gracious, for we were there for a very short stay and didnt get to enjoy her beautiful dining room and breakfast, it looked marvelous!”

“Rooms are spacious and well designed. Makes you feel comfortable and at ease when staying in the room. Decoration are modern and rooms are clean! Bathroom are well designed! Breakfast is really fantastic. You have all choices to eat and the taste are good. The only setback is that most of the front desk staff are not helpful at all. But this hotel have everything your want, restaurants, bar area, gym, relax area, etc. and of course the in-room faclities are very good, so you don't need to……
