“Nice place”

“Lovely place, host, and location in town!”

“Perfect place for us to stay. Clean, kitchen is stocked with basice kitchenware. Appliances all clean and ready to go. It is conveniently located close to downtown. Felt safe and secure. A few little problems. The TV remote batteries were all dead or the remotes didnt work so was unable to use the TV. There were two lights burnt out in the kitchen which made it a bit tough to see while cooking at night. Lots of towels, blankets and a washer/dryer combo. Will stay here again and I highly……

“The location of the property was excellent, the communication with the hosted was excellent, the property has some issues that could be improve, such as improving the bathtub, and the bathroom door that closed and could not be opened easily... but in general the place was very quiet and conducive to an escape to enjoy downtown and nearby areas.”

“Quaint and quiet place. Perfect for one or two people with a couch option for a third person. Close to UNCSA and downtown. Would stay here again. ”

“Great place. Neighborhood was a little dicey feeling, with several rundown properties. Don’t expect Google Maps to find this easily. There’s a South Sunset it always seems to find. North Sunset has to be manually entered!”

“This is a newly renovated apartment right downtown that suited my needs perfectly. The attention to detail in the interior design was really top notch, and I don't normally comment on things like that. I was able to work remotely in the apartment during the day and have access to downtown right outside the door. Highly recommended”
