“The house was very much as shown, i.e., one side is a bright, modern addition and the other a traditional Adirondack cabin. The separation worked well for us. The views from both sides are truly beautiful. We were pleased that there were two showers, as we weren’t sure from the listing whether it was 1 1/2 baths. Our only disappointment was that the lake’s water level was so low that the dock didn’t reach the water. In our case that didn’t turn out to matter greatly, but it’s something to……

“Loved! Loved! Loved! Beautiful house and yard. We were there for a family wedding. House is within walking distance to downtown Middlebury and the University. It is completely handicap friendly which was awesome since we were with my 92 year old stroke surviving father with a walker. The owner and VRBO team were great with communications. The house was well stocked. Would highly recommend for a great stay in Middlebury! ”

“This was an amazing property. The check in process was easy. The views from the deck were breathtaking looking out over Lake Champlain with the Adirondacks as the backdrop. The house had everything you need from the well supplied kitchen to the comfortable king sized bed. The hosts (Barbs) were also so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this rental.
