"Lors de notre arrivée a 22h la préposée à l’accueil a eu des problèmes avec la réservation vrbo elle a fouillé mais ne voyait pas. Elle nous as dit que ca arrivait fréquemment. Finalement elle s’est bien occupé de nous et nous as trouvé 2 chambres alors qu’on en avait juste une meilleur a l’hotel ..."

I didn’t have the opportunity to deal with any of the housekeeping or maintenance, which was completely fine so I can only give this rating regarding the front and staff. It’s winter time and it was snowing so it was hard to keep the parking lot clear ..."
