“The room was very spacious - we were in the German suite and the bed was very good. While there was a TV it had streaming though ROKU so were not able to watch live games - just a small inconvenience. Breakfast was served on time and was good with coffee made ahead of time as requested. Lucy was a very good host”

“If you are looking for a clean bed and hot shower then this is your place. It is a very retro motel. There are no frills, at all. There is a micro/fridge. If you want a clean, safe place to stay this does the job. The diner next door has really good food and fast friendly service. ”

“We didn’t realize this was so rural. But it was really only a short drive to a restaurant. We needed to leave early for a bicycle tour and they were so accommodating serving us breakfast very early. The room was pretty, clean and comfortable. Properly named as it did seem like home. ”

“Clean, warm, confortable, inviting, relaxing, quiet, everything a travler could need was in the house. The staf is friendly and the breakfast was good, served in the restaurant on the property. I wish we could have satayed longer.”

“Nice room, bed was OK but not great. My biggest complaint is that the hotel is right on the interstate and you frequently hear the air brakes from the tractor trailers going by. There was no shampoo in the shower dispenser which I didn't find out until I was completely soaking wet so that was irritating. Otherwise, the room and hotel condition were very nice.”
