“Quaint, historic neighborhood and house that is within walking distance to restaurants that serve a variety of tastes, including vegan; shopping; beach walking; and enjoying all the Victorian homes while strolling. Very friendly to walking around and felt safe. Easy drive to local wildlife/nature and historical spots. We loved our 9-day vacation with this lodging as our home base. We were pleased that we had plenty of towels and linens. Cozy, airy, beachy feeling and enjoyed our interactions……

“Accommodation was clean, comfortable and very well equipped with whatever you might need.Door lock was a bit hard to negotiate, we needed a few attempts each time before it unlocked. But it eventually did.Owner was very responsive and helpful with great recommendations (including leaving printed info and overall stay instructions in the house).His own house is right next door so despite having the whole place for yourself, you share a wall - so whatever loud noise anyone makes, the other side……

“Property was great! But if you bring a dog and it barks, the other people in apartment complain. I didn't complain when people are loud, running in hallway and kids jumping and screaming. I am on vacation i expect it to be loud! ”

“This property was outstanding! Spotlessly clean and incredibly cozy. And the view was just to die for. There were some stormy days but with the balcony and the view, it didn’t even matter. The location is perfect too. I parked my car in the underground garage and just walked to restaurants and the boardwalk. AJ, the owner, provided very detailed information and was very easy to contact. I can’t wait to stay here again!”

“Pulled into parking space across the street. The sign said temporary no parking until 4/15. Also, permit required. No problem since it was the 19th and I had a permit. The policewoman kindly explained it was the wrong permit. Oh well, had a great time never the less. Awesome location, lots of exercise. Thanks Mike and Fen!”

View from the upper level just beautiful!We had problems with the parking pass provided ( wasn’t anywhere in the rental) and location to park was challenging to find in the dark.Also check out is 10am and cleaning service arrived @ 9:20 and let themselves in. “I enjoyed the ease of access to the property, it was well equipped with everything you needed if you wanted to prepare a meal. We just wanted to do nothing and we did nothing easily. The room felt larger than the square footage, plenty of seating options and a nice deck to lounge. We didn’t use the pool or the fire pits but they looked fun, we attended an event so our time in the room was limited. ”
