“The Renaissance is connected to the Delta hotel you were able to access the pool through the gym and it is amazing. There is also a restaurant that serves breakfast lunch and supper. It is located right on Spadina so it is a quick walk down to the Bessborough , shopping and many bars and restaurants downtown. it is on the river Great view and walking The kitchen is well equipped and the layout of the apartment is very nice having one and 1/2 bathrooms having a second small but useful second……

“Place was super clean, well put together and cute. Downside was owner did not answer messages and I had no way of contacting him until after I had checked in. Had to wait in the driveway of the listing hoping he would show as we had no idea the code to get in, after 40 mins he finally arrived and let us in. No complaints after that, place suited our needs perfectly ”
