“We spent five nights at this property while attending kayak races on the Connecticut River. It is small but comfortable and was perfect for the two of us. The bird feeder outside the front door was good entertainment. Just a note that the cooktop is induction so you have to use their two small pans. This is not a complaint just don’t plan on making a big pot of spaghetti. If we ever are in the area again, we will definitely book this property. ”

“Loved the honey pot! Felt like home! Comfy king size bed. Big kitchen. Shower was like a spa. Great views from the large balcony. Gotta check out zekes grill and satans kingdom in MA. The tiny bread box on Saturdays is a must! Hope to come back!”

“There was a little problem with the lockbox, but Catherine was available to help solve it. We were staying in the house instead of the “cozy apartment.” Except for a somewhat difficult staircase and a couple of doors to the deck that did not have screens, we have no complaints. They location was beautiful, but a bit of a distance from places we wanted to go to. The price was very fair, and I would recommend this location to others.”

“Needed to be in the VT/NH area for a funeral. Was able to get around to locations and have a nice place to stay between. Was able to get to things in MA/VT and NH easily. Loved the cute kitchen area. Bed was very comfortable. ”

“As a small family of 3 with one 6 year old child we don't mind sharing a hotel room, but when staying longer than 2 days we would prefer a more comfortable environment, especially when weather conditions are not favorable for skiing. We loved the comfort of the apartment, the flexibility of mobility throughout the floor plan, the ability to grocery shop and prepare food, the access to the amenities such as pool, sauna, jacuzzi, laundry and then of course the Mountain View!
