“Was perfect. 5 minutes walk to the beach 2 outside areas, 1 was a sun trap and sheltered from the wind Great showers, nice white towels, lovely beds and sheets TVs in each room, great internet speeds (75mb) and if you take your appleTV or similar can plug straight into router in main living room. Kitchen had everything you will need Cannot complain about this place at all. Will book again”

Perfect location, walking distance to everything in Whitby. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for an amazing weekend!!”

“We really enjoyed our stay, and it is certainly a very attractive five star flat in terms of decor, facilities, views, location, nearby parking (often problematic in Whitby) etc - but it was let down by a rather unpleasant drain smell in the bedroom with the en suite, which we couldn’t get rid of. Everything there looked spotless but didn’t smell good. Also slight anxiety due to the check in process, because we were told full details of accessing the flat would be sent 6 hours prior to check……

“This cottage is located perfectly. The walk down to the front is about 7/8 mins. There are shops all around and plenty of places to eat. The cottage is away from the hustle and bustle, is very well equipped and the beds are so comfy. We had an amazing weekend and will definitely be booking to stay here again. ”

“Great property in first class condition - well placed for all amenities. Lots of hills so you’ll leave fitter than when you arrived. Host was very helpful and Whitby is a great place to holiday - we couldn’t have asked for more”

“As is normally the case the photos don’t quite reflect the property’s condition. We would like to give a balanced review and fundamentally the property is in a great location, even though no parking but can be found in adjacent streets with permit provided. The property isn’t suitable for a family due to size. Overwhelmingly the damp which is evident in many places is an issue, as is the loose and degrading paint and loose and degrading skirting and quadrant. Fridge wasn’t clean, the appliances……
