“What a stunning villa! Beautifully landscaped garden with pines, cactuses and bougainvillea, as well as a lime and papaya. A wonderful heated pool and jacuzzi. Great living space and bedrooms. “The apartment is in a lovely complex, however, the pool not available throughout our stay as it was being refurbished with the sound of drilling throughout the day time. We had not been made aware of this and would not have booked the apartment had we known. The owner was not in anyway accomodating towards making good by way of some compensation. “We really enjoyed our stay in Betancuria. The house was really clean and thoughtful equipped and beautifully designed. For us as a family it was ideal but as already mentioned the doors of the rooms don’t close properly. For us it was a good homebase to explore the island if you don’t want to stay in the touristy areas. After 6 pm there is not a single tourist left in this beautiful town! Next shopping in Antigua, the restaurants in Betancuria close at 6pm! I loved the house and the entire……
