“This location was perfect for hiking the AT. The trail is only a few feet from the front door. The backyard is very nice, and they had chairs and tables to sit out. The apartment was a nice size for two people. There was no tv, so we used our computer. The kitchen was great to have since we didn't plan on eating out every night. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. The hosts were great and very responsive. The fall colors made the trip extra special.”

It was exactly what I needed/wanted!I accomplished everything I went there to do and even had some time for cocktails and pool at the Clock Tower!And to add to it all, there is the Chief Martindale Diner!Thank you Michael! “This is an artfully restored third floor of an old house. Very clean and very well maintained. The doors are locked with an app and with a keypad and that felt very safe— not like some places where you wonder how many people have copies of the key or the lockbox code! You should know, it is small and the furniture is all to scale- small bed (maybe a queen size? Maybe full?) small table, small living room chairs, etc. It was nice for one person. Also the stairs are super steep and narrow,……
