“The hotel is beautiful in the middle of Old San Juan. We chose the standard room. There was no window, but we loved it. Bed is super comfortable. Staff is super sweet and helpful. One staff, wish I had taken her name, told us about parking. There is no free parking. She informed us about the least expensive parking. Across the street The Armas Plaza is being renovated. Once it's finished it will be a beautiful place to relax. The room has the bathroom sink in the bedroom. Could use a microwave……

“Good location. You will see big cuisines frm balcony. Food on 2nd floor is excellent, especially the pork ribs.”

“Everything about this hotel is so charming. The hotel is in a great area walking distance from many delicious restaurants. The area is not overly touristy. We loved the decor from the movement we walked in and the staff was wonderful. We stayed in a junior suite and it was ideal for my husband and I. I would recommend this property and will be staying here again. ”

“It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed ”
