“This unique home is unlike any other. Both the property and Henry, were just fantastic. Henry was so easy to communicate with, and he made things very easy to navigate for our first time visit to the Brac. We learned so much about what to expect before we arrived. His associate Leo was also very helpful, and very nice. The house was phenomenal. The layout was unique, and open. My favorite part was the French doors overlooking the ocean in the primary bedroom. “This home is in a great location right on the beach with great sunsets visible even from inside the house. If you stay on Cayman Brac, this is the perfect place. The house is super clean, really nicely setup, and Internet worked flawlessly. It is not swimmable in front of the house though. You'll need a car to get around the island, but there are multiple rental options. Just get a small car like a Honda Fit or similar. Gas is expensive, and all the roads are paved and smooth, so you don't need……

“I got an email on the day of our arrival saying that the reservation was canceled to a break in. Had to scramble to find a place for 6 people. We were successful due to the help of some of the locals. During our conversation was told that the house as trashed During a party mor than a week before our arrival, further more they told me that even without the damage done during the party that the house is run down and seriously in need of repairs and should not even be available to rent. “We stayed in the 2 bed/2bath suite which we loved. Although there isn’t much of a common area, we spent all of our time on the balcony overlooking the pool and bar area. We looked at various rentals for next year but decided the hotel was perfect! The entire staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The food—especially breakfast—was great. This is a great place to stay for our yearly dive vacation.”
