The apartment itself was spotless and modern, with everything we needed.Besides being on the water, the location is great as it is just a short distance from some of the best beaches (Smugglers Cove and Cane Garden Bay) and hotels with bars and restaurants (Sebastian's on The Beach, Sugar Mill, and Long Bay Beach Resort). “The view from the balcony is hands down breathtaking! The location and beach access is superb. The house had 3 ensuite bedrooms and an efficient floor plan.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was clean and well equipped. Communication was great and the check in process was smooth. Only negative is that there is no beach. The only beach within walking distance was a small strip of sand, about 6 feet wide, between the road.and water. But overall, a great place to stay.”

“This was a beautiful option for our stay! The view is spectacular and the accommodations were very nice. The kitchen had a lot of stocked items which made it easy to cook! We were shocked at the items and condiments that were available. A cleaning crew was suppose to come on Friday, in which we would be out of the house, but they didn't come until Saturday while we were still there and trying to dress to go somewhere. A bit of inconvenience but it was doable. If there was any complaint at all,……

“Our reviews would have been excellent except for some minor items. No safety shower mats, a rusted dish rack that should have been replaced, no beach chairs as advertised, no dinner knives, and no spatula. We purchased 2 beach chairs, knives, shower mats and a spatula that we left there. ”

“My husband and I are return guests. The home is spacious, beautifully furnished and fully equipped for cooking. We went boating out of Sopers Hole, which was just a few minutes away. Dinner at the Sugar Mill Hotel was fabulous and also not far from the house. Lovely visit once again!”

“We loved everything about this property ! The location, the beach, the views!! It is a well equipped property beachfront with an amazing view all around it. Super comfy beds, clean rooms and bathrooms, excellent location, nice sun area and terrace. We were able to cook since it has everything you need, stove, bbq, hot water, working ac units and ceiling fans. The property owner and manager were so helpful in planning our stay and very attentive during our stay. Can’t wait to go back and enjoy……

“Our family decided to spend five days to relax after a week-long boat charter in the BVI. Flamingo Sunset was the perfect place! Extremely clean and had everything we would need for our stay. Watching the sunsets every afternoon was priceless. Communication with host and her team was excellent. A couple of beautiful beaches just a short drive away. Would certainly rent again and/or recommend to family and friends!”
