“The photos don’t do this place justice! Such a peaceful & well equipped property!! They literally thought of everything and there was plenty of room for our group of 20 people. Easy drive to CDP and the owners were incredibly helpful & responsive. We hosted the entire team for dinner one night & the other kids asked their parents why they couldn’t stay there too!! Thanks Matt & Jimmy for going above & beyond!!”

“Our stay from July 6-11 while our son was playing baseball at Cooperstown All Star Village was perfect. The location is somewhat in the middle between Cooperstown and Oneonta, which works well if you’re going to both cities. It was a scenic 18-minute drive from the Lakeside cottage to the All Star fields by Oneonta (I think it’s even closer to the other baseball complex by Cooperstown).The rustic cottage was perfect for our needs and was comfortable, clean, quiet and relaxing. “We booked because our grandson was playing in Cooperstown All Star Village!!! Go Currituck Thunder for winning the monster bracket championship!! The drive back and forth to field wasn’t bad at all!! It was nice coming back in the evenings and feeling like you’re at home. House stocked nicely and host were awesome!! “The house was perfect. We were in Cooperstown for a baseball tournament and wanted to stay somewhere that had stuff for everyone. Between the pool, fire pit, lake, and beautiful views we had it all! We will be back in 2 years for the same tournament and sincerely hope to stay at the same place. Additionally, the owners are incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. “We had 7 families with 15 siblings. Plenty of space! Love the patios and pool! Definitely worth the money! It’s seriously close to CDP. Maybe 6 minutes max! Matthew was great and easy to get ahold of. Lovely view from the front porch.”

“We weren't expecting a lot when we made this reservation, but we were pleasantly surprised about how comfortable and convenient it was. The cabin is off a road but once you drive up to it, you feel nature and our dog loved running in the woods behind the house. The cabin has all the amenities you need, although wifi is spotty. Even a pot belly stove! Bedrooms were clean and cozy and there are plenty of blankets if there is a chill. Devon was very responsive to all my questions and always……
