“This property is located about a five minute walk from the beach and walking distance from a few other accommodations. I stayed in a garden studio. Very spacious with A/C, two queen sized beds, dresser, wardrobe, mini fridge and television. The bathroom was spacious also, with twin sinks and shower heads. “I couldn’t have asked for a better location to celebrate my birthday. The villa and the property were breathtaking. The owner, Ivor, and the staff were so friendly, accommodating, and available! Grocery stores, boutiques, and restaurants were minutes away. The beach was right outside your door. Request the Pelican Villa. The view was amazing. ”

“We visited Anguilla for the first time to attend my cousin’s wedding and fell in love with the island and especially the people including the Topaz team who made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The views are better than the photos can convey and you can even see St. Martin looking to the south from the upper deck. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Anguilla and it would be our first choice the next time we return.”

“This is an amazing property, it is in a very private and peaceful location. The view overlooking Crocus bay is stunning - pictures do not do it justice!
