“It was a nice, smooth check in. We were met at the house by the property manager, Kerin. He showed us around the house and left contact information. We also met the owners, who live next door. The refrigerator was stocked with complimentary supplies, which was a pleasant surprise. We just had 2 couples, so there was ample room. 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms makes for easy living. Also, the 2nd floor patio with pool makes for a great place to relax and look out over the ocean.The house……

“Everything you’d hope for here; lovely views with ocean breezes to match, fully equipped kitchen for those evening meals on the deck or morning coffee to watch the sunrise from the rooftop, saltwater pool and nearby beach area for a quick dip.It was our 4th time staying at this same unit. Communication via email has been excellent and when the property manager is in (afternoons) she has always been helpful and gracious. Such good people here. ”

“The house was fantastic and the island is even better.Everything about the house and the host was top notch. The house manager, Florivia, met us at the ferry dock and brought us to the house to show us around and how everything worked. She was super helpful and responsive to all our questions throughout our stay. She even brought fresh pastries a couple of mornings for breakfast.The house itself is great... tons of space and amazing views.”

“Very spacious, clean and quiet. We wish we had been closer to a beach and restaurants, but Aquilla isn’t that big. We preferred other beaches than Sandy Hill as it had no trees or amenities. ”

“Beautiful view in a lovely, well appointed unit facing the pool and ocean. Outstanding communication with Joyce, our property manager throughout our stay. Very clean and comfortable unit in a quiet area. Expect a little noise during the day as you’re directly in front of the pool. Great location here, with short drives to everything you might need. On occasion have even walked to the grocery store from here. Love the small beach - usually very quiet and more for walking or wading, not really……

“We stayed at this beautiful property for two weeks in January 2022. It is a spacious, comfortable property with many outdoor activities. Perfect for our group of 6 adults, then family for the second week. The staff is really what makes this place worth it. Carlin (concierge) is the most helpful, with navigating transportation, restaurants and everything else! She is truly a godsend.
