“The house was a great place to meet old friends and catch up. It was very comfortable and we appreciated all of the amenities - soaps, kitchen supplies,nice towels. And the house was nicely decorated and clean.”

“We had a great stay, and would come back. Ours was a multigenerational gathering and everyone was pleased. Kathy is easy and prompt to work with. Terrific location, the porch overlooking the lake and the number of sizable bedrooms set this apart. Better stocked kitchen than 95 percent of short term rentals. It’s a very minor thing but we could only get basic, local channels and no cable (ie no ESPN) if that’s important to you. It was only a nice to have, as the real star is being out……

“This home was just as described. A few upgrades to the beds could be made as they are too noisy. Every time u move the bed squeaks. Apartment sits right on top of store, so you smell all the good aroma of the food being made. Wifi was great but host turned it off at 6AM on the morning of checkout. Wifi should be provided for the whole duration of people stay, because once they checkout they can’t take your wifi with them anyway. I did encounter one roach in the bathroom, but other than that the……

The only hiccup we had was some dirty towels left on the bathroom floor and one of the beds had to be made, I notified J the next morning and he was very apologetic and nice to deal with.
