"We loved everything except when we pulled out the sofa bed from the couch, the mattress had a very big stain on it. But I told the front desk and I'm sure they'll take care of it because they were all excellent even very late after returning from a concert. Great hotel."

Convenient and perfectly fine
"Very convenient; laundry amenities, full kitchen, living room, etc. Comfortable and clean enough. Good location. They brought us more towels when requested through their app. Some small problems though. WiFi was unreliable (which posed a problem for me as I was trying to interview for a job). Strange ..."
