“We needed a last minute place to stay for one night and this place fit the bill. The place was clean. The amenities were sparse but we didn’t need to do any cooking. The only issue was that the apartment is right above a large industrial electrical outdoor trash dumpster and workers were disposing of trash at 3:00am. The machine was loud but the workers were also audible. It happened again at around 8:30am. Not sure if this is a daily activity as we were only there the one day. ”

“7 family members and my daughters bff. We had plenty of room for everyone. Great location to places we needed to go to. Plenty of parking, great neighborhood. Host was great in responding when needed them, couldn’t find the remote for the sailing fan. Plenty of space for people to sit and eat. Plenty of space for us to sit in the living room talk and play games. Great kitchen for cooking. Nice size fridge for all your food and drinks. Highly recommend this host and their house!!Thank you again ”

“This was a great, cozy place for my wife and I to stay in Collinsville. “Perfect for our visit to our children and grand children. The lake is across the street with the marina next door. Rented a pontoon boat, at a discounted rate for beautiful day with the kids. Minor problem getting in initially, but resolved by Jeanne quickly. Note that this is a renovated lake residence which has a second story rental which can get a bit noisy and the bathroom is in the rear of the house with the bedroom in the front. Overall will be returning in the future.”
