“We rented this VRBO for a short family getaway before our first grandchild arrival. Was looking for something big enough to house 6 adults comfortably and in a central location. Haven’t never been to the Berkshire before, this was a great find. Price was affordable and it literally 7-20 minutes from everything. “Very clean and comfortable. Advertises a double sofa bed in the living room. It just had a sectional sofa. We made due for the couple of nights we stayed. Other than that it was excellent. The host was very polite and answered all questions quickly. We will definitely look to stay here again when we visit. Parking in the driveway is tight so we parked in the street.”

“Otis reservoir is one of my favorite places on earth. Tracy's place is right on the water and having a dock to moor our 18 foot sport boat was fabulous. We sat by the fire pit on two separate evenings and use the grill as well. The cottage was extremely comfortable! Everyone remarked on what great night sleeps they got.The neighbors were also very friendly. It was a wonderful family vacation.”
