“Wonderful old house, very comfortable space for a large family gathering. The kitchen was well-equipped, and exceptionally clean. The host was communicative and responsive, although everything was so well-thought out on his part, we didn't have much need to talk to the hosts. Excellent location, less than five minutes to Great Barrington, and twenty to Tanglewood and Lenox. ”

“This cottage is as charming as it looks in photos…warm, clean, cozy and rustic chic like something out of a home decor magazine. The host greeted us on arrival and graciously invited us to enjoy the entire pristine grounds during our stay, including the stunning pool/ patio at the main house adjacent to the cottage. She couldn’t have been sweeter and made herself available for anything we needed. We loved our stay at Whispering Estate and would definitely be back!”

“We throughly enjoyed our weekend at the cute and cozy yellow cottage. The house was very clean and well equipped, and conveniently located to the event location that brought us to the area. “Beautiful “farmhouse” style home - the photos really don’t do it justice. Serene, peaceful setting. Only downside is that the closest grocery/restaurants are 20 plus minutes away. But since we wanted a remote, peaceful location, it was *perfect.*. Hosts are super friendly and helpful with questions. The pellet stove made for a very cozy stay. Thank you!”

“We rented this VRBO for a short family getaway before our first grandchild arrival. Was looking for something big enough to house 6 adults comfortably and in a central location. Haven’t never been to the Berkshire before, this was a great find. Price was affordable and it literally 7-20 minutes from everything. “Otis reservoir is one of my favorite places on earth. Tracy's place is right on the water and having a dock to moor our 18 foot sport boat was fabulous. We sat by the fire pit on two separate evenings and use the grill as well. The cottage was extremely comfortable! Everyone remarked on what great night sleeps they got.The neighbors were also very friendly. It was a wonderful family vacation.”

“Easy check-in. House is comfortably furnished - excellent kitchen supplies. Updated kitchen and bath including appliances. Very comfortable beds and wonderful outdoor deck including sun umbrella. Extremely clean. Close to Great Barrington with easy access to surrounding area. Circular driveway so need to back out into road. Just was very accommodating and responsive. Very good WiFi”
