“The property was as advertised. It was clean and there was plenty of room for my family of 4. The place is updated and has large tvs in each room. We all agreed that beds were awesome and made for a great nights sleep. The location was close to major highways, making it easy to get anywhere we needed to go. I would definitely stay here again. “My family and I had the pleasure of staying here during the Christmas holidays, and it was an excellent experience. We were especially grateful for the accessibility features, as my grandmother (85 years young), who uses a walker and had recently undergone surgery, was able to comfortably stay on the main floor. The property had just a few steps to enter, and best of all, there was a bedroom and full bathroom on the main level, along with ample room for a walker or wheelchair.The home itself was……

“The Great Times house was just as expected. It's a standard Long Island suburban house. It's not a big house, but it had plenty of room for our group. It's very clean, and well equipped. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, and if you forgot something, there's a Walmart Supercenter just up the street. ”

“I live in a nearby town and was hosting thanksgiving for 30 people. I needed a nice place for my mom, siblings and nieces to stay and this was perfect. Very comfortable rooms, bright, clean and big kitchen/dining/living room. Super close to the boardwalk for day-after thanksgiving excessive. Owner was extremely helpful, arranged to accommodate wary checkin and exceedingly commutative Would def recommend.”

“We loved the location, but the home was loaded with spiders, most appliances did not work (dishwasher did not work, blender, toaster oven, the stove top only half worked) - plus the pots were scratched (and with Teflon not useable) The shower door was broken and would not close, the toilet paper roll holder had no dowel to hold roll, toilet seat very loose, door frames were chipped and dirty, hold in wall next the bed in room with bunkbeds, laundry closet had missing doors. ”

“It was as cute as it looked on-line and gave us a great space for hanging out and enjoying each other's company. That said, I would recommend that you rent this with loved ones as privacy is limited because of the indoor design. With no insulation or dry wall every noise is heard throughout the house! Other nice surprises: new AC units (very quiet), very comfortable beds, and an outdoor shower with good light. The street is very quiet. I was surprised that basic kitchen supplies weren't included……
