“We stayed in the 2-bedroom condo and it was lovely! Just the right amount of space for a family of 4. The condo was very clean and spacious. Property was conveniently located right across the road from the beach. My only complaint would be that perhaps the mattress (or mattress pad) could be replaced as it was a little dipped down in the middle)... but otherwise, loved this property!”

“There were times when the shower in the master bathroom only emitted cold water. The water spigot in the tubs would not turn completely off in bathroom in the hallway. I had trouble with the lockbox. Maybe add more specific directions. It would have been helpful to know that MV transit bus was available at the intersection of the street and County Road.”

“We were looking for a low-key cottage with water access in a quiet location, and the Boathouse Loft met our needs perfectly! This property is beautiful and we loved looking out at the pond and kayaking on it. It's also a perfect location for bird watching, on the pond and at other sites just short drives away. Also very easy to drive to beaches on both the north and south shores of Dennis.There are numerous restaurants less than a 20 minute drive away, as well as grocery and drug stores, and……

“Could use some updates and repairs but overall a nice cottage close to the ocean / beach, shopping and restaurants. Outdoor shower was great and nice hot water! Furniture in living space could be better. More comt seating and the table and chairs inside weren't needed and just took up space. Extra countertop would be good as it was hard to cook and the stove needs to be leveled. Some kind of high top bar with stools would have been great and a different arrangement with the living room……

“We loved the view from all the windows in the house. Very open layout. Kitchen is well stocked. We really liked East Falmouth downtown. Lots of cute shops and restaurants - a little something for everyone. ”

“House needs some TLC! Lots of potential! Would have been nice to have a welcome binder with instructions on the home. Was disappointing from the listing. Not all expected equipment worked in the house. Curb appeal was poor and could be greatly improved with painting front door and a good day of landscaping. Cleanliness could have been better!”
