“I was nearly get my feet hurt by sharp edge of the metal plate between the corridor and the washroom. Can't believe the door can't be closed unless I bang it when I get out. The lifts are extremely slow.”

“这是第二次入住这个酒店，本来对酒店很满意，可是这次入住后发现电视机有问题，有声音没图像！两个小时内打了2次电话通知前台，前台每次承诺马上派人来解决，可是一直到次日退房都没人来修！”

“Ich würde das Hotel keinen Touristen empfehlen. Wir kamen an und haben uns gedacht, laut Bilder sieht das Zimmer sauber aus. ABER wir kamen an, das Bett hatte noch Flecken gehabt, das Bad war nicht sauber es waren Schimmel überall, darauf hin wollte ich gleich das Zimmer wechseln ohne weiteres. Wir haben dann ein anders Zimmer bekommen, hier war alles dasselbe Spiegel verdreckt, Decke dreckig..alles furchtbar. Bitte verzichtet darauf, wir haben für 1 Woche gebucht und sind nach einer 1 Nacht,……

“Nothing. Food was horrible ”

“I booked for 5 nights & on the first night itself I had to change the room. The bathroom had a leak right above the toilet. The second room had bad aircon, changed again & the third room didn't have door lock to the balcony. Changed again, this time the main door look was not working. Mini refrigerators in all 4 rooms were stinking. 2 days they couldn't provide me with the bottled water. The room was never cleaned properly,”
