“I have a long, fond history with the Sheraton Hotel—going all the way back to my university days, over 30 years ago. Back then, as a student, I often brought visiting university guests to stay here, knowing they’d be well taken care of. Fast forward to today, and I’m thrilled to report that Sheraton still hasn't failed us! Yes, it’s an old hotel—but not in a shabby or tired way. “Hotel baru bagus Tapi kesiapan jumlah karyawan masih kurang. Pesanan makan di kamar over 1 jam. Saat datang sudah dingin makanya. Bfast juga di restoran pesan mie tak datang2 karena staff kurang.”

“Wonderful property. Very spacious and modern design. We did had trouble getting into the villa, nobody told us how to check in. Found the door key in a box outside the villa. Had a minor issue with pests such as ants indoor and outdoor. Overall our stay were very comfortable. Will stay here again in the future.”
