“We really enjoyed our stay. Hot tub is closed. There is a new parking protocol. If you check in during the day the attendents in the garage are super nice and helpfull. The complex is really nice, the peopke are really nice there too.”

“We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Very clean and modern. Convenient location. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, with stairs located outside, but it is single story once inside. Jessie contacted us immediately when we couldn't open the door, we appreciated that. She allowed a slightly earlier check-in since our flight arrived in the morning. We would stay again.”

“We arrived for our 4pm check in. The lock box with the key was empty. There was no one around to help. Over an hour later a maintenance worker told us to go to the unit and he would let us in. To our surprise there was someone else already in the property. They rebooked us in another home 16 minutes away from the location we picked. We did not get to the home and checked in until after 6pm and missed our dinner reservations for my son’s birthday. This has been the worst Vrbo experience we……
