“飯店設備很新, 服務人原客氣有禮. 但房間內沒有冰箱, house keeping 打掃有點馬虎, 很多地方沒做 (杯子沒洗, 茶包沒補充). 訓練與考核待加強.”

“at first they wanted to put me in a smoking room which I strictly refused.I had an advanced paid booking with clearly non-smoking preference. So they upgraded me to executive room. which was ok, But later came next issue. room was okay, but no light switch worked to switch off the light at the entrance. I called for assistance starting 10.30 PM. All numbers tried: room service, housekeeping, concierge, no response. I tried again and again till 1.30 AM, finally.. at 2 AM they manage to took out……
