“I was visiting Austin to help with some family stuff. The location was great for us and very comfortable. Two king beds meant my sister and I didnt fight over who got the big bed. Beautiful wooded area out back complete with deer one evening. Very close to a HEB for groceries and all the stuff in the kitchen for coffee and cooking. Anything that came up was quickly addressed by the owner. ”

“The apartment was well equipped with all the essentials other no salt, pepper, sugar or dry goods. It did have coffee and filters. The locations is awesome and in a great little eclectic Austin neighborhood. Apartment was clean other than the baseboards all need a good clean. Check in was more complicated than usual with a lot of instructions but, would stay here again for a quick trip to Austin.”

“Firstly, the communication with Ames regarding this rental has been seamless, painless, informative, and extremely accommodating. The rental temperature was cool - which was definitely needed in 90 degree ATX! - and very clean. The design layout was lovely. They provided for the things we needed (we wanted to do our own food shopping, but they still offered!), and it was a relief to come back to this place after our touring and adventures, and just chill. The famous H.E.B. is only three minutes……
