“We showed up late in the evening after a major storm and a huge power outage for Austin (35k customers without power). Cell coverage was spotty and access to the internet was almost non existent so we couldn't access our check in process. One short phone call later we had the owner of the property checking in on us numerous times that same night and again the next morning. The property was in a great location with a very family friendly restaurant within feet of our front door, La Plancha. ……

“Clean, great communication from hosts, easy check in process, parking garage easy to access from apartment, safe, looks just like the photos, great gym, nice pool, provided good coffee. Only downsides are having to remember to renew parking pass every 24 hours, and slightly worn down cooking ware (still does the job). Overall great place to stay! ”

“Located just outside of the parking enforcement zones for S Congress, it is a great place to stay if visiting and exploring the Austin area. Located on a quiet street but just a 10 minute walk to some of the best restaurants in Austin. The mattress could be firmer and the shower needed some upkeep but the owner listed to our concerns and addressed them, over all a great little place to stay.”
