Not a happy customer

"Yes, we were unfortunately not very happy with the room. There are blood stains all over the pillowcase and they were blood stains all over the top cover. We went to the receptionist and asked if they could please be changed. She of course, did accommodate the pillowcase but not the bedspread."

"It was quaint, warm and inviting. The staff at the desk were unable to provide me a receipt for my stay and stated that I needed to go to Expedia for my receipt- quite annoying. the bed was comfortable and the lodge was overall tasteful and safe."
