“This vacation rental was perfect for our family visit to Madison. The 6 bedrooms easily accommodated our group. The setting is perfect, with easy access to the university, the Capitol and the lakes. The secluded wooded property makes you feel like you’re in rural Wisconsin, although it is situated in the city. There is abundant wildlife, including herons, turkeys and deer. The home makes you feel as if it is a family dwelling with its’s comfortable furnishings, games and beautifully stocked……

“We had a nice getaway for three generations of our family. Great bonus of being so close to the bike trail. We enjoyed being out in the quiet, but close enough to find plenty of restaurants, mini golf, escape room, etc. Loved the sun room and the space to play games and do puzzles. ”

“The Sun Prairie house perfectly met the goals for our family gathering of six adults and golden retriever for social and private space and so many entertainment options! The house was spotless, the neighborhood quiet, with Woodmans close by for shopping. We had 5 days of sunshine, golfing nearby courses, enjoying afternoon pool time, evening hot tub, and bug-free outdoor dining-so private and relaxing! “The EarthHouse is wonderful. We experienced a nice clean comfortable space. The decorations were amazing with a mix of antiques and modern decor. We could tell the hosts were creative and artistic. The hosts gave us plenty of coffee, which I appreciated. The town is beyond charming. I highly recommend both a visit to the village of Mount Horeb as well as staying at the EarthHouse!”

“Our stay was great: easy check-in, great communication with host, extremely clean, very modern, fantastic location, everything about this place was perfect. We had 8 adults with plenty of space. We did a lot of cooking for a wedding reception, and were very pleased with all the prep space using the huge kitchen table and side table. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We could not have been happier with this gem! It was a basement apartment with a charming kitchen equipped with so many extra special touches (espresso machine stocked with pods, coffee press and drip machine with coffee provided, milk frother, welcome basket with snacks). The bathroom and kitchen and washer and dryer had everything you’d need and there were books and games and magazines around that made us feel right at home. There were also adorable touches in the shared foyer including……
