“Very trashy outside. Door matt was very muddy. Dead flies on the floor next to bed.”

“The sheets were filthy dirty, they definitely were not cleaned. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned very well. Electrical fixtures were taped together and the main panel was covered with plastic. The front of the building had a bunch of excess material that looked like garbage.”

“You won’t find a better property in chimney rock. They did a great job with the updates to the grounds and the rooms. The “backyard” is amazing. The only negative to come by is the $50 charge to check in early. $50 for a couple hours? If the room is ready, let the guests in! I know it’s policy and I get it. Lots of hotels try it, just pet peeve of mine when traveling. Again though, just an amazing spot!”

“Perfect for our 2 night stay. Nothing fancy…clean and safe. Less than a mile walk to downtown. Great breakfast across the street. Allows dogs and has a nice grassy area outside of our door. We would definitely visit again. ”
