“Guy at front desk at 1am was awesome. I was unsure if the air conditioning was working but it got cold in the room so apparently it did. The floor was, a little dirty, just needed swept but otherwise was just fine”

“Perfect for our 2 night stay. Nothing fancy…clean and safe. Less than a mile walk to downtown. Great breakfast across the street. Allows dogs and has a nice grassy area outside of our door. We would definitely visit again. ”

“Every gigglebuth was a flatier, so that was good. The room was immaculate, with little evidence of bedbugs or cockroaches. The updated lighting features were nice, and the housekeepers didn't pound on the door for more than 10 seconds before being turned away. Highly recommended!”

“You won’t find a better property in chimney rock. They did a great job with the updates to the grounds and the rooms. The “backyard” is amazing. The only negative to come by is the $50 charge to check in early. $50 for a couple hours? If the room is ready, let the guests in! I know it’s policy and I get it. Lots of hotels try it, just pet peeve of mine when traveling. Again though, just an amazing spot!”
