"Good. Cool vibe. Cleaning in kitchen wasn’t as detail oriented as I’d like (e.g. for left in microwave from previous renter?). Can be loud overnight on main floor (partygoers, loud cars), but proximity to downtown and other services/restaurants/farmer’s market is a plus."
