“Cute place, clean and cozy with a full bath up and half bath on main floor. Nice for 2, maybe three people.Could update the living area furniture. I have a feeling it had not been rented in awhile as the water heater was faulty, and someone else’s food and half eaten Blizzard were in the Freezer. Heat works great, needs a repair or replacement to the water heater. There is no Microwave or fire extinguisher that we could find.
