“Loved the 4 levels! It helped give everyone space when it was needed. The house was clean and recently renovated. The beds were very comfortable. Location was good and close to everything. My only issue was lack of information about check in and leaving the home. There was no information about what needed to be done at checkout.maybe a list could be placed inside the home fo future guests. Other than that we were very pleased with the home. Thank you ”

“The property is clean and very nice. Unfortunately there is not a reserved parking spot for even 1 vehicle. Parked a few doors down “where there was no signage not allowing parking”. Didn’t block any doorways or access points. For safety and communication, I placed my cell number in the window just in case it had to be moved. Guy that called me was very rude and threatened to have the vehicle towed. The rest of the stay was nice…really need to have one reserved spot at the property though.……

“We were visiting our son at Pitt and this apartment was well placed for the school and local amenities. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The only minor issue is that the advertised rollaway bed was broken and replaced by an inflatable mattress.It would be good for the ”

“We look for unique places to stay and this was unique staying in a near 150 year old school house. The building is a 2 story and bedrooms are upstairs. There is a 1/2 bath down and full bath up. Chet the owner met us at the car upon arrival and explained things. He is friendly and helpful. The exterior and interior are both in good condition. The LR ceiling has not been drywalled like the remainder of the unit but there is a sign stating that renovations are in progress. I gave a 5 star review……

“The property was great for a bachelor party group of 6. Location is great as it’s only a 2 minute walk from Carson street which has many bars/restaurant's along it. Also the property itself was very nice and looked great. I would recommend any bachelor/bachelorette parties to stay at the property.”
