Parking space is provided for a maximum of six (6) vehicles, with options for street parking and the driveway.

This property does not have a centralized air conditioning system, but there are split-type AC's in the living area and bedrooms.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.
There are no refunds for early departures, reductions in nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.

"The location was excellent, I didn't even realize it came with access to the beach that close. It was very peaceful to be able to go to the beach through this private entrance. The house was cozy with everything we needed in the kitchen. "For those who have kids this would be great. You have access to a private beach which is just down the road. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Great for walks in the morning. If you have a boat there is a launch less then 500 ft from the house. We will be back"
