Fishing charters out of Grand Haven and more than 90 holes at the great golf courses in the area—including the all-new Jack Nicklaus-designed American Dunes Championship Course—make for a vacation you will never forget. Miles of hiking and biking paths, as well as acres of Lake Michigan beaches, are just minutes away, including Kirk Park, which is adjacent to this community, and Windsnest Park—the best-kept secret in West Michigan.

PARKING
There are two designated parking spots located about halfway up the hill, with additional parking available in the garage and along the driveway. Please note that the driveway is steep, with a 30% grade in some areas. If needed, parking is also available in the cul-de-sac.

This cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood, and local HOA regulations are noted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
-100% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a $300 cancellation fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.
There are no refunds for early departures, reductions in nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.
MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products, along with emergency maintenance services.
