This mid-20th century house is entirely on one level.
The house will make you feel at home immediately. It can comfortably accommodate a group of 8 people and have a great time with family or friends. You will feel at home in a refined setting, or outside, around the pool, in the tropical garden. A centralized air conditioning system completely new, allows to be very comfortably installed in the house and enjoy pleasantly the privileged climate of Florida.



This mid-20th century house is entirely on one level. It offers one bedroom completely redone, there is also a separate toilet and a laundry room. The landscaped garden has been completely replanted and allows to take full advantage of the pool of 10 meters in length. The house will make you feel at home immediately. It can comfortably accommodate a group of 8 people and have a great time with family or friends. You will feel at home in a refined setting, or outside, around the pool, in the tropical garden. A centralized air conditioning system completely new, allows to be very comfortably installed in the house and enjoy pleasantly the privileged climate of Florida. There are several parking spaces outside and also a closed garage. Florida, 300 meters from the Marina and 10 minutes drive from Palm Beach Island.

Last minute trip to Florida

Property is in a nice quiet neighborhood and exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness was impressive. It’s cozy yet roomy at the same time. We spent most of our time in the huge heated pool. Grocery store and Walmart are very close. The owner is responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Hopefully we will stay there again in the future.

Comfortable stay in West Palm Beach

The property is located in a very quiet residential area, and conveniently close to a grocery store. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed to prepare meals and relax. The pool was pleasant, and there was enough room for our family of four to be very comfortable.

Great place to sleep.

This house is nice. The half bath is so small you can barely turn around in it. No Cable tv service, WIFI is spotty. If you just need a place to lay your head this house is great. This is all we needed as we were in town for a baseball tournament our boys were playing in. I would stay here again for another tourney but not for a vacation.

Lovely Porches and Pool

We had a very relaxing two week stay and thoroughly enjoyed the variety of outdoor space at this home. The pool is lovely and the garden landscaping is very attractive. The house was comfortable and came equipped with all that we needed -- including an outdoor grill. The owner was responsive and accommodating.
