“The rv had everything you’d want for a short stay. Microwave, toaster, drink station. Nice bedroom, living room with tv. The only downside would be the traffic on 395 was noisy. I live on a busy street so didn’t bother me but might bother others that aren’t used to traffic ”

The freeway noise was very minimal and the house was centrally located for all our wine tasting sessions! Jim has thought of everything you will need for a perfectly relaxing stay. “Great property to stay at. Very clean, had everything we needed in it. We had our whole family (we had 8 adults and 3 little kids with us) and it was very spacious for us with lots of room to play. The beds were comfortable and clean. Centrally located, however it is a busy street. I forgot our high chair and was able to contact the host, they got right back to me and brought us one! Very pleased. ”

“Many sticky surfaces throughout, smell, and flies all over kitchen. So unclean that we decided not to stay, even though it was too late to find another accommodation and it meant canceling our trip and driving back home. Requested a refund and homeowner declined, contacted VRBO and sent photos a couple days ago and haven't heard back yet. This experience was a disappointing and costly waste of time.”

“Everything was just about lovely and as expected although the jacuzzi’s jets didn’t seem to work so it pretty much just works as a normal bath. In the bedrooms the fans don’t work unless the lights are on. There are not many blinds so not much privacy as you’d expect but the house was cozy and comfortable enough and they provided plenty of towels, blankets, sheets etc. :) ”
