Single family home on 21.7 rolling acres with lush forests and playing fields PLUS enormous BONUS buildings (sleeps 60!) formerly used to host weddings, camps, reunions, etc. Detached commercial kitchen and dining hall make it easy to entertain and gather in large numbers. Stocked private lake with dive tower and dock, waterside deckhouse with outside showers, sand volleyball court, basketball court, beautiful trees, garden space, 2 wells -- this fenced property has it all for country life off the grid. Main house: 3BR/2.5 Baths. Bonus building: 6BR/6 Baths. Dining hall: commercial kitchen + 2 restrooms. Conveniently located 1 1/2 miles off of Highway 71, 45 min from Austin Bergstrom international Airport and 1.25 hrs from Houston-Katy Area
